Welcome to the Molniya Development Laboratory intranet. This site provides internal resources for platform engineering, testing coordination, and facility operations at the Delta Test Range complex.

The Molniya lab supports initial platform activation, behavioral calibration, and sensor integration testing for INCELOARM's autonomous systems program. All lab operations are governed by protocols established in PAG-OPS-2013-001 and subsequent amendments.

For facility access requests, contact the Site Lead at extension 4107 or submit a Form DTR-9 (Visitor Authorization).

NOTICE: Effective June 2014, the Molniya Development Laboratory is transitioning to standby status. Primary platform development has moved to the BETA production facility. Lab access will be restricted to maintenance and archival personnel only.

Monitoring consoles will remain active for ongoing telemetry collection per ENG-MEMO-2014-0088. Console access is available via the Remote Access portal.
