Lab subnet migration

Migrated the lab subnet to 10.0.4.0/24. Blog DB is on .16 now. Build server stays at .10, workstations are .20-.29 DHCP range. If anything breaks, ping me or file an ops ticket. Don't just reboot things.

Blojsom is running on the lab server. Everyone should have an account — username is your network login, password is the default from the onboarding sheet. Change it. Post whatever. Don't break anything.
