Got the targeting model to 94.2% on the validation set after rebalancing the training data and switching to a weighted loss function. Still getting false positives on occluded targets at range. Tanaka wants 96% before we integrate with the acquisition pipeline. Back to tuning.

Might try an ensemble approach next week if the single-model ceiling holds. The data augmentation pass helped more than I expected.
